Changes to BJA PMT Reporting

Beginning with the July-September 2026 period, PMT will not open for BJA new reports or new awards, except for Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) State awards and associated Death in Custody Reporting Act (DCRA) reports.

You will still be able to access PMT, and we encourage you to do so if needed. You may log in to:

• Finish incomplete past reports
• View previous data
• Download historical information

BJA Transition to JustGrants

All BJA performance reporting will move to JustGrants beginning in January 2027. We will share updated, simplified performance measures, and instructions for submitting any data not previously submitting in PMT in the near future. You will also receive information on how to begin reporting in JustGrants.

The BJA Performance Measurement Tool supports BJA grantees ability to identify, collect, and report performance measurement data on activities funded by their award. After logging in, you will be able to:

• Report Data
• Create a report ready for JustGrants
